Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within the same business day, provided the order is placed before 6:30 PM (UAE time). Orders placed after 6:30 PM will be processed the following business day.

Please ensure your order includes complete delivery details — full name, phone number, city, area name, street, landmark, building, and flat number. Incomplete address information may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.

Domestic Shipping — UAE

We deliver to all destinations within the UAE. Orders are delivered the next business day following dispatch.

FlyByFly UAE currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incomplete address information or unavailability at the delivery address, our team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
